Base pay range: $51,000.00/yr - $64,000.00/yr

We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our growing team and support the planning and execution of live events, pop‑ups, and brand activations. In this hands‑on, customer‑facing role, you’ll  ensure every event runs smoothly — from setup to wrap‑up, interacting directly with guests, vendors, and partners to deliver a brand‑aligned, professional experience.

• Assist in planning, hatta coordinating, and executing live events, community pop‑ups, and brand activations.
• Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup, signage, and on‑site management.
• Greet and engage guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide event information, answer questions, and represent the brand in a friendly, professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with broader brand initiatives.
• Help track event performance, gather feedback, and contribute creative ideas for improvement.
• Maintain event materials, supplies, and displays to keep everything polished and on‑brand.

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people in person.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong multitasking skills.
• Capable of thinking on your feet and adapting quickly during live events.
• Proactive team player with a "get‑it‑done" attitude.
• Interested in event planning, marketing, hospitality, or customer engagement.
• Available for some evening and weekend events.
• Able to lift or move event materials (up to 25 lbs).

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
