Job DescriptionSeeking a strong Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Account Manager with hands-on experience managing Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations, customer relationships, and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Skills- Strong experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Manage client relationships, requirements, and stakeholder communications.
- Knowledge of customer journeys, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), segmentation, and personalization.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to deliver client solutions.
- Strong communication, account management, and problem-solving skills.
Remote W2 role | US Citizens and Green Card holders only.
