Merlin Law Group is seeking a talented, creative, and highly organized Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of compelling content that strengthens our firm's brand, showcases our attorneys' expertise, and supports our marketing and business development initiatives.

This is a hands‑on role for an exceptional writer and storyteller who enjoys turning complex topics into engaging, accessible content. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution‑focused, with the ability to manage content from concept through publication while collaborating with attorneys, marketing colleagues, and creative partners.

Create, write, edit, and publish high‑quality content, including articles, case studies, website copy, educational resources, email campaigns, and social media content.

Collaborate with attorneys to identify compelling stories, legal insights, case outcomes, and timely industry topics.

Develop and manage the firm's editorial calendar to ensure consistent, relevant content across practice areas and markets.

Repurpose podcasts, webinars, presentations, and other materials into engaging content across multiple platforms.

Support marketing campaigns, events, and business development initiatives through effective messaging and creative content.

Partner with digital marketing to incorporate SEO best practices and improve content visibility and engagement.

Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.

Coordinate with creative vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in content marketing, professional writing, editorial, or a related field.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of published work.

Experience translating complex subject matter into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.

Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, social media, and content performance metrics.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Experience in legal marketing or professional services is strongly preferred.
