Marketing Specialist

You enjoy contributing ideas and turning them into something useful: a clear email, an engaging post, or well-prepared promotional materials.

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist in Tampa to support campaigns across content, digital channels, and promotional activities. You'll help organize delivery, maintain consistent messaging, and gather information that helps the team improve its work.

• Draft promotional copy, customer communications, and presentations.
• Support social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate feedback and approvals.
• Research audience interests and local outreach opportunities.
• Prepare materials and arrangements for promotional activities.
• Track campaign results and summarize audience feedback.

Marketing, communications, content, or event experience is helpful. Internships, freelance assignments, coursework, and experience promoting a business or community activity are welcome.

A specific degree isn't required. We're interested in clear writing, good organization, attention to detail, and confidence using presentations, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.

Familiarity with Canva, email marketing tools, or social media scheduling is useful, but isn't essential.

You'll receive guidance on brand standards, company tools, and campaign processes while building experience in content preparation, coordination, and reporting.

Relevant work samples are welcome, but a formal portfolio isn't required. Reliable commuting to our Tampa workplace is essential.
