Movement Practitioner

Overview

Explore the Movement Practitioner role at e3 Partners / I Am Second. This position invites any follower of Jesus—full time, part time, or volunteer—to obey Him by sharing the gospel boldly, leading a 3/3s group, and training others with the 411 discipleship tool. The mission is to multiply disciples and leaders throughout Tampa Bay until "No Place Left" is achieved.

Evangelism Training & Equipping – the Movement Practitioner will work with local Strategy Coordinators to engage lostness gaps and build teams in specific mission segments.

• Lead and facilitate 3/3s groups, creating discipleship circles.
• Share the gospel weekly and train others in the 411 method.
• Participate in and help lead training to equip more disciples.
• Attend problem‑solving meetings to fine‑tune practice.
• Maintain a daily abiding relationship with Jesus and encourage others.

• Active abiding relationship with Christ and a posture of surrendered obedience.
• Willingness to share the gospel frequently with families, friends, and the community.
• Capacity to collaborate with local coordinators and build a team.
• Capability to commit to the specified time schedule.

• Volunteer: 3–5 hours per week
• Part‑time: 10–20 hours per week
• Full‑time: 20–40 hours per week

• Be faithful, available, and teachable.
• Abide daily and pray avidly.
• Start one or more 3/3s groups and help them multiply.
• Share the gospel a lot and train others in the 411 tools.
• Give the kingdom openly and generously.
