We are currently seeking an Assistant Patient Care Manager for our Infusion Clinic located at our South Shore campus.

The Assistant Patient Care Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of nursing operations, ensuring quality care for patients and their families. Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides support for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and organization goals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.

• Minimum:
  Bachelor's Degree in nursing or Associate's degree with BSN in process, to be completed within 4 years from date of hire.
• Preferred:
  Masters of Nursing.

• Current FL Nursing license and current BLS.

• Minimum three (3) years nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.

• Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced nursing skills: IV therapy, intervention with emergencies, teaching skills.
• Demonstrated competency in in‑patient and out‑patient best practices including patient care, technology, and processes.

• Demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
