Clinical Nurse Manager – Night Shift
Under supervision of the senior nurse manager or director, provides clinical and administrative support to staff providing direct/indirect care to patients on a specific unit. May be called on to deliver nursing care to patients on assigned unit according to established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and professional guidelines.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily clinical operations and aid in quality/safety, patient experience, and financial management of the assigned unit. Assist in interviews and make hiring decisions as required. Assign work to and participate in the evaluation of supervised employees. Perform duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
Qualifications- Florida RN license or multistate RN license.
- BSN required.
- At least 2 years of experience as an RN.
Tampa – GTH Main Campus.
ScheduleFull‑time Night Shift, 11pm–7am. On‑site.
SalaryMinimum salary $95,929.60.
