Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa, located in Woodstork and Temple Terrace, is opening a new PRN nighttime RN position to join our team at a brand‑new 60‑bed rehabilitation facility equipped with cutting‑edge technology.
Position SummaryProvides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor/manager, and co‑workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning.
PayRate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet strict time frames.
