Base Pay Range

$16.25/hr - $18.00/hr

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, responding to their needs compassionately.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to report changes and updates on resident conditions.
• Coach and lead other care department team members on your shift.
• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another to keep spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a nursing assistant
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)

• Part‑time
• Entry level
