Job Summary And Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse.
• (LPN-IV) LPN with IV Certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduated from a vocational school or approved nursing program.
