Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at Advent Health Tampa in Tampa, Florida! Minimum CRNA experience of 3 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full‑time opportunity to join the well‑established group of 21 Physicians and 52 APPs. This well‑respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides a full range of anesthesia services for adults and children including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical.

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Assist Chief CRNA with performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires

• Minimal beeper call from home, 30‑minute call back, call shared evenly
