Overview
Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Work-Life Balance:
Flexible full-time schedules, Monday to Friday with start times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. No nights or weekends. Innovative technology:

$/yr - $/yr
Job Requirements- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner License (unencumbered).
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Strong clinical background in Infectious disease.
- Geriatric or adult medicine experience preferred, with focus on skilled nursing, long-term care, hospice, palliative care, or similar settings.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with elderly and chronically ill patients and their families.
- Ability to meet a minimum of 12 patient visits per day, with bonuses for surpassing this target.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Plan benefit structures is a plus.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and evaluate changes in patient conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Develop patient care policies and facilitate referrals to specialists.
- Coordinate advanced care planning and discharge visits.
- Ensure timely communication and documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
- Support the physician-patient relationship and address gaps in care.
- Competitive Salary:
Base pay range $105,000 - $130,000 with monthly bonus opportunities. - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
