Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at Advent Health Carrollwood in Tampa, Florida! Minimum CRNA experience of 2 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established practice of Advent Health Carrollwood, a smaller, well-respected hospital with plenty of orthopedics, general and spine cases. This team, which has been in existence for over 30 years provides a full range of anesthesia services with a community hospital feel.

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires

• $75K Start Date Bonus with 3-year commitment

• ACT: 6 Physicians and 19 APPs
• 200 bed hospital
• Case mix: no heads, no hearts, no OB, no peds
• 13 sites of service including endo, neuro, spine, ortho, no OB
• Flexible scheduling
• 8, 10, 12, 13, and 14-hour shifts
• Sister sites:
  Advent Health Tampa and Advent Health Wesley Chapel
• Minimal beeper call from home, 30-minute call back
• OT opportunities available if desired
