Bio Design is a physician-led regenerative and longevity medicine practice operating in Tampa, Florida. As part of the Agentis Longevity platform, Bio Design is expanding its clinical service offering to include stem cell therapies, ozone protocols, hormone optimization, and the Longevity Quotient (LQ) biomarker assessment system. We are buildingtheclinical team that will set the standard of care in this space.

We areseekinga highly motivated Nurse Practitioner with a background in orthopedics and regenerative medicine to join the Bio Design clinical team. This role is designed for a clinician who combines technicalskillin interventional procedures with a genuine interest in longevity and functional medicine. The right candidate brings hands‑on experience in hormone optimization therapy, peptide therapy, and joint injections or cellular therapy. Plus, you have a passion for helping patientsoptimizetheir health over the long term, not just treat acute conditions.

• Perform joint injections including corticosteroid, PRP, and regenerative biologics under physician supervision and collaborative practice protocols
• Administerexosome‑basedIV therapy and cell factor treatments following established clinical protocols
• Support the launch and delivery of ozone therapy protocols (Ten‑Pass and/or EBOO) as the program is implemented

• Conduct comprehensive hormone evaluations and optimization for men and women
• Interpret and act on bloodwork, biomarkers, and lab panels as part of individualized care plans
• Participate in the Agentis Longevity Quotient (LQ) onboarding framework — a full biomarker, cardiovascular, and cognitive assessment protocol
