• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, including vital signs, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and dignity of residents, reporting any concerns or issues to the nursing team in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in patient care
