American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Home Health position requiring infusion and skilled home care experience with OASIS training.

• Skilled home care setting serving Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance patients
• Caseload of 6-8 home visits per day
• Patient population includes high-risk diagnoses such as heart failure, COPD, MI, pneumonia, and stroke, plus general medical and post-op care
• Performs cardiopulmonary assessments, basic wound care, ABI compression dressings, wound vac dressings, Pleurx/Aspet drain care, foley catheter changes, staple/suture removal, glucometer and pro-time machine use, SQ/IM injections, venipuncture, PICC line/midline care, and SQ port access/deaccess
• Schedule varies based on Home Care office needs, including Mon-Fri 8a-5p, 9a-6p, and Thurs-Mon or Fri-Tues shift rotations
• Alternating weekend shifts required
• Self-scheduling of visits and hours based on office needs
• Uses laptop, MiFi, portable printer, Bay Care Forms, Bay Care Scheduling, and Ace Timesheet documentation systems

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Infusion experience required
• Skilled home care experience required; private duty nursing experience alone not accepted
• Home health experience with OASIS training required
• IV skills and wound care experience required
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for home visits

• Must be COVID vaccinated or have an exemption form on file
• Must have flu shot or declination form on file, with mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work if declined
• Any solid color scrub required
