Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, recognizing changes in condition, responding to emergencies, and coordinating discharge planning to ensure continuity of care after discharge. A license and required certifications are essential. Shift hours are 6:45PM - 7:15AM at St Joseph's Main and Children's.
