Specialty Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Monday-Thursday 7:00am - 6:00pm

$26.00 - $40.00 / hour

Qualified applicants eligible for up to $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our leveling system.

Candidates with VTS credentialing are eligible for compensation commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring and will have advanced veterinary skills. • Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs, and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Work with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and work to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
