We’re seeking a Quality Director to lead all quality and compliance initiatives for a rapidly growing manufacturer. This role oversees QA/QC, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to FDA cGMP (21 CFR Part 111) and industry standards. You'll drive strategy, mentor teams, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver safe, high‑quality products.

• Lead and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, NSF, SQF
  , and customer requirements.
• Oversee audits, CAPA, and supplier qualification programs.
• Manage QC testing, product release, and lab operations.
• Drive continuous improvement using data‑driven methods and Lean/Six Sigma tools.

• Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, or related field
  ; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in quality within supplements, food, or pharma; 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP
  , HACCP, and audit processes.
• Experience with QMS, CAPA, and QC lab oversight.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
