DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant.

• Interview prospective tenants and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompany prospects to model homes and apartments; discuss size, layout, facilities, location, and lease terms.
• Complete lease forms or agreements and collect rental deposits.
• Inspect premises periodically and coordinate maintenance.
• Recommend advertising methods to generate traffic.
• Ensure punctuality and coverage of responsibilities.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• At least 2 years of sales experience required.

• Ability to read, interpret documents, and communicate effectively.
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense and solve problems involving multiple variables.

• Outgoing personality; enjoy working with the public.

Schedule may change; overtime may be required, including weekends. Dress code applies.
