Dishwasher

Compensation $14.00 - $18.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The dishwasher will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all items are properly dried and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dishwashing stations and equipment.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning tasks as needed.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to the kitchen manager.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), such as cookware and dish racks.
• Perform repetitive motions, such as scrubbing and drying.
• Work in a humid environment near sinks and dishwashers.
• Maintain physical stamina to handle long shifts in a fast‑paced setting.
