Cocktail Server

We are seeking friendly and professional Cocktail Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional lounge and dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding lounge, food and beverage service to all guests.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items and specials
• Offer/order/pick up and deliver cocktails to lounge guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
• Ensure that all drinks are correctly rung-in through the POS system.
• Ensure that all tables are open with credit card.
• Maintain expertise on food and wine menu. Attend continued education classes when provided.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any issues
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of food
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service
• Be an expert on our brand and offerings.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
