Craft is an upscale European style dining vessel seating up to 150 guests with indoor and outdoor bar seating options. The 121‑foot ship docks near Sparkman Wharf and offers premium dining experiences while cruising the Hillsborough River.
We offer an elevated food menu and craft cocktails. We are the first dining vessel in the United States with an open kitchen concept and the only vessel cooking with gas equipment.
We provide amazing brunch and dinner cruises right in the heart of Tampa Bay. Cruise like you are in Europe. No passport required.

Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure that food is cooked and plated to the highest standards of quality.
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the head chef.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience as a line cook required.
- Must successfully complete Craft training course.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, balance and carry products weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work aboard a boat that is away from dock for several hours at a time.
