Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Barback to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our bartenders and ensure the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the hospitality industry and gain valuable experience.

• Assist bartenders by stocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
• Prepare and refill garnishes, ice, and glassware
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses and bar utensils
• Remove trash, empty bins, and clean spills or breakages promptly
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service
• Support bartenders with customer service by delivering drinks and food to guests
• Ensure restrooms and bar areas are clean and well-maintained
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations and health and safety standards
• Handle minor maintenance and repairs as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from bartenders and management
• Must be 18 years or older

Barbacks will regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty(50) pounds.
