Pay: $8.98 / hour, plus tips.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing 5‑star service, and contributing to the lively atmosphere of our establishment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in accordance with Whiskey Joe’s standards.
• Guide guests through menu offerings and upsell in a friendly manner.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar tools and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers.
• Check identification to ensure that guests are of legal drinking age.
• Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of beverage recipes, mixing techniques, and drink presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Knowledge of Whiskey Joe’s menu and brand is a plus.
• Education:
  
  High School (Preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Bartending – Required 1 year.
• Behaviors:

• Must be able to walk and stand for hours at a time. Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
