Legends is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Barista to join our premium catering team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-end environment within Raymond James Stadium on NFL gamedays, College Football Gamedays, Concerts and Private Events.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks to exact standards.
• Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and deliver quick, accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding service areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies such as syrups, cups, lids, and milk as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Legends’ quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
• Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food and beverage role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques a plus.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be available to work all major stadium events, including Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games, concerts, and private events.
• Must adhere to Legends’ grooming and uniform standards.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
