Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and efficient manner. This role is essential for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables promptly and accurately
• Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are complete and correct before delivering
• Set up and maintain a clean and organized service station
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and special dishes to answer guest questions
• Clear and reset tables as needed to ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of food
• Handle minor guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and elevate to management if necessary
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Must regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
