Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines, along with a friendly and engaging personality.

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers at the bar and tables.
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses and bar utensils.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Engage with customers,, and make recommendations.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations and health and safety standards.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as required.

• Proven experience as a bartender.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Bartenders will regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
