Event Server

Compensation $16.00/hour

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be friendly, professional, and capable of providing exceptional service during a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Set up event spaces according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of buffet stations, food displays, and beverage stations
• Ensure all guests receive prompt and attentive service
• Clear plates, glassware, and utensils from tables throughout the event
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of event spaces
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of food and beverages
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately when required
• Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure seamless event execution
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience as a server, preferably in an event or banquet setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Must be 18 years of age

Servers will regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
