The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. The bartender establishes positive guest relations, maintains a clean and orderly bar, and contributes to the profitability of the restaurant by generating sales and ensuring correct payment for all beverages and food items served.

• 2‑3 years’ experience in a bartender position at a full‑service restaurant.
• Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality for guests.
• Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and guests.
• Ability to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English.
• Excellent teamwork; viewed as a team player by all team members.
• Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
• Professional understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Previous experience with restaurant point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
• Minimum age: 18 years.

• Ability to balance and carry trays, multiple plates, glass racks and/or glasses.
• Sufficient mobility for constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, pulling, and other tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours per shift, possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
