• Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when requested.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.

• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other team members to maintain smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations and company policies.
