Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Server Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our servers and ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Refill water, bread, and other table necessities throughout the meal
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Help set up and break down dining areas before and after service
• Restock server stations with necessary supplies, such as silverware, glassware, and napkins
• Address guest needs and inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude
• Assist with delivering checks and processing payments when required
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of food

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods

• Must regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
