As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. • Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Use the AEO Selling Model to educate guests on product details and give product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Pivot as needed between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom, demonstrating skill across all zones.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and consistently contribute to team success.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
