- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their car wash needs.
- Confidently recommend wash packages,
upsell services, and promote memberships to match customer preferences. - Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team goals, contributing directly to commission opportunities.
- Stay informed about promotions, wash packages, and memberso benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers to upsell services and encourage loyalty program participation
. - Ensure site cleanliness by maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.
- Troubleshoot and report equipment issues as necessary.
- Collaborate positively with team members to create a high-energy atmosphere.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18+
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence in upselling and recommending products
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Adaptability to outdoor work environments and varying weather conditions
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible Schedules – Part-time and full-time shifts available
