Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour. This role is part of Target's General Merchandise and Food Sales team, focused on store process efficiency, in-stock and pricing accuracy, and guest service.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and set up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance (specced tasks).
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; some roles include drive-up, carryout tasks.
