Job Description

The WFS Group specializes in “done‑for‑you sales operations” for the alternative education and digital marketing sectors. As Sales Director, you will serve as the strategic leader of high‑ticket sales teams, driving revenue growth, process excellence, and client success.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate lead flow ratios and daily rep capacity.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead flow and ROI.
  • Track and manage sales rep pipelines; ensure best practices.
  • Run daily sales syncs and CRM reviews to capture missed opportunities.
  • Create and deliver sales training through the Sales Training Center (STC).
  • Enforce adherence to SOPs and conduct regular call reviews.
  • Maintain projections, manage quotas, and report performance.
  • Review end‑of‑day reports, attend account status meetings, and communicate staffing needs.
  • Assist CSO and recruiting in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ramping new reps.
  • Identify and implement sales enablement assets and process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data, reporting, and tech task coordination.
  • Take complete revenue ownership for assigned accounts.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing sales teams in high‑ticket alternative education (required).
  • Extensive background in lead‑generation based businesses.
  • Skilled in both qualitative sales culture and quantitative performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency through tech stack and process.
  • Strong sales enablement judgment and input on sales material.
  • Proven leadership of high‑intensity sales teams.
  • Comfortable with sales tech, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
  • Established feedback loop with marketing and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Passion for fast‑paced, energetic environments and continuous learning.
