Role Description

LST Group is currently seeking an Account Manager for our Auto Hauling division
. This is a full-time, hybrid role in our Tampa Branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the auto transportation field
    , ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the carrier team to manage the full lifecycle of vehicle shipments from pickup to delivery.
  • Monitor shipment status, proactively communicate updates or delays, and resolve any service-related issues.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with carrier partners to ensure capacity, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Analyze client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Track KPIs and service metrics; prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and management.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings within current accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and industry regulations specific to vehicle transport.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for all orders, load details, client information, and shipment updates into TMS, CRM, and internal databases.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and auto hauling procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
