Organogenesis - Sales Specialist, Advanced Wound Care Company Overview

Organogenesis' Advanced Wound Care division promotes a suite of products that are designed for the management and treatment of chronic and acute wounds. They offer clinically proven products that are utilized in the hospital, surgery center, office, clinic, V.A., and long-term care/skilled nursing settings.
Position OverviewThis is a sales position responsible for selling Organogenesis Advanced Wound Care division products to physicians, surgeons, and clinical support staff in a variety of care settings. Primary responsibility will be to drive product adoption/utilization and revenue through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

- Wound Care Nurses (WOCN's)
- Achieve sales expectations of the assigned territory
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative sales calls
- Utilize solid product and disease state technical knowledge
- Develop and follow a strategic territory business plan
- Report sales-related activities to upper management through call reporting system
- Sell products to physicians, surgeons, and support staff in hospitals, offices, and clinics
- Support surgical cases where and when appropriate
- Overnight travel may be required
- Documented track record of sales performance (territory growth, quota achievement, awards, promotions, etc.)
- Consultative sales experience/mentality; proficient in selling a product/service based on value (not exclusively based on price or sole source contracts)
- Pharmaceutical, medical device, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Hunter mentality and abilities, strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player, coachable, and passionate for helping patients
- Willing to travel as needed
- 4-year bachelor's degree
