Compensation: $180K OTE (50/50 split)

The Position
A hunter-focused sales role responsible for driving new logo acquisition across North America. You’ll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting security and IT decision-makers. There’s no SDR support — success depends on your ability to build pipeline, run technical conversations, and close deals in a fast-moving market.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Run full-cycle sales: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
- Manage a consistent, high-quality pipeline in Salesforce to exceed revenue targets.
- Position XDR and endpoint protection solutions to security leaders and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with solution engineers to deliver tailored product demos and PoCs.
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience.
- Proven success winning net-new logos and exceeding quota.
- Experience selling XDR, EDR, SIEM, or related cybersecurity solutions preferred.
- Ability to engage CISOs, IT security leaders, and technical evaluators confidently.
- Strong pipeline generation and closing skills; comfortable without SDR support.
- Familiar with Salesforce and modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
- Based in Boston or Tampa with hybrid office attendance (3 days per week).
