Ecommerce Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage our online sales and online marketplace activities. The ideal candidate will oversee e-commerce operations, manage product listings, and develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

• Manage all e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.).
• Upload, update, maintain and optimize product listings and photos on e-commerce platforms.
• Manage day-to-day sales operations of e-commerce platforms, including answering customer questions, generating sales orders and uploading tracking numbers.
• Work hands-on with products. Evaluating, researching and recovering value from devices.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams for smooth operations.

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or B2B sales
• Familiarity with online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
• Proven track record of driving online sales
• Basic knowledge of photo editing tools such as Canva
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Negotiation, sales or marketplace experience
• Passion for e-commerce and digital trends
