As an Inside Sales Representative
, you’ll play a key role in developing and servicing small to mid‑sized accounts while collaborating with regional managers and outside sales teams to drive growth. This is an on‑site position at our Tampa location (M–F).

• Generate outbound leads, qualify prospects, and transition high‑potential leads to field sales
• Handle inbound inquiries, order entry, and account management for smaller accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Drive sales through acquisition, retention, cross‑selling, and upselling
• Collaborate with outside sales to maximize regional performance
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure seamless service

• Experience: 2+ years in sales; packaging industry experience a plus
• Comfortable with cold calling and on‑site work
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge a plus
• Strong communication, perseverance, and results‑oriented mindset
