Are you great at building relationships and solving problems?

We’re looking for an Inside Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoys helping customers find the right technical parts and service solutions.

In this role, you’ll:

• Engage directly with customers—processing orders, answering questions, and ensuring a top-tier experience
• Support sales growth by nurturing existing relationships and developing new ones
• Learn and discuss technical product details with customers (training provided)
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to identify new opportunities
• Stay organized using modern sales tools and CRMs

• 3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience—preferably in a technical, industrial, or parts-related setting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and love for problem-solving
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
