The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales processes and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role assists the Sales in the execution of incoming forms and processing submissions as well as preparing proposals and contracts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, contracts, and presentations
- Coordinate communication between VP of Sales and internal departments
- Maintain and update prospect and client records, pricing information, sales data in CRM
- Assist with tracking sales performance, compiling reports, maintaining sales metrics and up-to-date overview of the sales pipeline
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales processes
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with special sales projects
- Provide backup support to other administrative functions as needed
- Maintain organized sales files and documentation
- May be required to travel to the office on an annual basis for training or attend Sales Meetings
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 + years relevant sales administration support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Experience in presenting information clearly and collaboratively with a team via Microsoft Teams
- Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe
The starting base pay for this hourly position is listed below. However, you should know that the pay rate may vary based on regional location, the candidate’s skill, and relevant experience. In addition, some positions may include a form of bonus or other incentive compensation which would not be included in this salary range.
Hourly Range: $34.61-$36.05 per hour
