Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives for residential solar in Florida. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar energy solutions to homeowners throughout the state.
Responsibilities:
Conducting outreach to potential customers and generating leads through various channels.Educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our products.Performing on-site assessments to evaluate solar feasibility and provide customized recommendations.Presenting proposals and quotes to customers and guiding them through the sales process.Closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.Qualifications:Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits is a plus but not required.Benefits:
