Job Description: Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills &

Qualifications:

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Documentation of prior employment.
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork orientation.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
