Brick Coloured Agency is expanding its Event Sales & Brand Activation team in Tampa! We're looking for a confident, outgoing individual who is ready to represent major brands, engage with the public, and build a successful career in sales from the ground up.
What You’ll Do as a Brand Activation Trainee:- Represent well-known consumer brands at live events, retail pop-ups, and promotional activations
- Connect with the public face-to-face—starting conversations, building rapport, and driving brand awareness
- Master the art of persuasive communication and objection handling
- Hit personal and team sales goals while maintaining high energy and professionalism
- Work alongside a team of high-achievers who support and celebrate wins together
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to sharpen your sales and leadership skills
- Are a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in a dynamic industry
- Love engaging with people and aren’t afraid to initiate conversations
- Thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy working toward measurable goals
- Bring energy, confidence, and a positive attitude to every shift
- Are eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to grow quickly
- Have reliable transportation to attend events across the Tampa area
- No direct experience? That’s okay—we provide full training!
- Weekly pay + uncapped commissions (performance = earnings)
