Our client, a leading company in the Tampa area, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales and customer service department supporting the branch operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay Range: $18.00 Hourly
Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
What's the Job?- Assist in communicating with customers and providing product recommendations
- Enter orders, troubleshoot issues, and perform administrative duties
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, calls, and emails
- Record, track, and follow up on quotes and estimates
- Support inventory control and handle payments professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Strong phone etiquette and experience making multiple calls daily
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Opportunity to develop sales and customer service skills
