Our growing international industrial client is seeking a highly driven and competitive Sales Representative who thrives in fast-paced, outbound business development environments. The ideal candidate is a natural go-getter, resilient, resourceful, and motivated by the challenge of building new markets from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the grit to succeed in an industrial, construction-focused customer landscape.
Remote (must reside on the East Coast and work EST hours).
Responsibilities- Drive outbound B2B sales activity, including heavy cold calling, lead generation, and proactive market development in emerging territories.
- Build and manage the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting and contract negotiation to delivery coordination, invoicing, and ongoing account support.
- Develop underpenetrated markets by identifying opportunities within construction and trade-based industries and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, reporting, and pipeline updates while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams on special projects, cross-regional support, and continuous improvement initiatives across the sales organization.
- 1 or more years of B2B outbound sales experience or hands-on container industry experience paired with a strong competitive personality.
- Familiarity with industrial or construction environments and the ability to communicate effectively with warehouse staff, field trades, and executives.
- Proficiency with Hub Spot CRM, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Excel; strong attention to detail in documentation and customer communication.
- Energetic, self-motivated, competitive, and coachable team player with high integrity and strong customer-service instincts.
- Preferred experience in container rental, equipment leasing, transportation, logistics, or related industries; comfort working remotely and managing priorities independently.
Salary: $60K/year + Bonus.
