Customer Care Representative (CCR) – $25–$40/hr Avg

📍 On-Site | Tampa, FL (Near Airport) 💵 $18/hr base + uncapped SPIFFs

Right Away Home Services (RAHS), parent company of Hales AC, is Florida’s fastest-growing HVAC and home comfort company. We book fast, show up fast, and deliver top-tier service — and we need a CCR team that moves just as fast.

• Handle inbound calls and convert every real opportunity into a booked job using proven scripts
• Make outbound calls daily to past customers and new leads — maintenance reminders, follow-ups, reviews, duct cleaning, memberships, and more.
• Stick to the script and build value with every call.
• Hit your targets. Get rewarded. Simple.

• You’re not willing to work 5 days a week (some shifts do include the weekends and evenings)
• Work "on call" on a rotation to cover inbound calls from 10pm to 7am once and a while
• You don’t want to be on-site (Tampa, FL near airport)
• You aren’t willing to make outbound calls
• You can’t follow a script or think sales isn’t your job
