Base pay range: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship‑building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, competitive energy, and the ability to communicate professionally.

• Engage customers through calls and follow‑ups
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling effectively
• Strong business development skills with an understanding of market dynamics
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Proven experience in sales, especially in an inside sales or call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred
